Water bill will be reimbursed by Tenants.

HOA will pay the total Water Bill - which hass to be reimbursed by Tenants based on the usage - there is a water meter inside the utility room within the house.

Tenant will reimburse the Sewer charges, which will be paid by the HOA.

The owner will send the bill annually upon paying the bill sometime around January / February of each year.
