Trash Pickup expenses will be taken up by the Owner.

Trash Pick up: Tuesday and Thursday.

• Dumpsters are located in each parking lot for residents to dispose of trash and recycling materials.
• Please ensure all trash is placed in the dumpsters. 
• If the dumpsters are full in your parking lot on the rare occasion, please take your trash or recyclables to an adjacent location.
• Never leave trash outside your door.  Despite it being unsightly to your neighbors, visiting guests and perspective homeowners, it is a health hazard and attracts bugs and animals.  Animals may rip the garbage bag open and spread garbage throughout the breezeway.  
• Residents who leave trash outside their door will be fined by HOA.

BULK WASTE PICKUP: Friday

• Bulk waste should be placed NEXT to the dumpster, but NOT LEANING on the dumpster, and NOT IN FRONT of the dumpster.

Parking is free and there is numerous unassigned parking lot in front of the condo.

Only electric grills are permitted to be used.  

• Gas and charcoal grills are prohibited by state, township, and governing documents. 
• Any residents found to have gas or charcoal grills will be sent violation letters demanding their immediate removal, and be brought to the attention of both the Plainsboro Housing Department and Fire Official. If the resident fails to remove the gas or charcoal grill, the grill will be confiscated and disposed of, and the unit owner and/or tenant may be assessed fines. 

Smoking is Prohibited within the community of Ravens Crest. You cannot smoke either in the Condo or Outside of the Condo.
