Agile Joint
What is Agile ?
Ability of individuals in an organization to detect, access and respond to change in ways that are purposeful, decisive and grounded and a will to win.

Agility doesn't have to be inborn. It can be thought, cultivate and Train the team if done the right way.
It is just the Fog (ability to see the surrounding) which causes concern.

•Introductions – get them comfortable with the team, share roster
•Working agreements – maybe revisit if multiple new people join
•Make a “Link Farm” – refine with each new hire
•Background about product should be reviewed
•Write the on-boarding needs as a user story
•On-boarding is shared responsibility
•Scrum Master must be the spark for effective on-boarding, removing impediments
•Understand the culture of the new-hire
•Be mindful of defining the expectations, what does success look like?
•Lean on the PO/PM (or EO if applicable) to spend time one on one discussing the voice of the “customer” and overall vision
